The Trampoline
Turn your biggest limitation into the pinnacle of strength. A method to overcome any adversity, conflict and vulnerability, for you and your loved ones.

My favourite Preludes experience. Do you know why? Try: you jump higher on the trampoline than on the ground! We touch your weak point, your main vulnerability, use the momentum and bounce back up, turning it upside down. Actually, there lies your admirable excellence, the heart of your authenticity and the drive for – if not in fact – your purpose, your ultimate goal. How can you fully reach them unless you embrace your vulnerability?

Serenely leave your comfort zone and turn your biggest limitation into the pinnacle of strength, self-esteem and self-confidence. The determination to overcome a mental disorder led me to listen, read, observe assiduously and, above all, it encouraged me to experiment with methodologies and remedies. From their lowest common denominator and their respective aspects of distinctive excellence, The Trampoline was born: an approach in 6 phases-objectives, each one “tailor-made” (from awareness of the weak point, to the realisation of the reversal), where it is you who discovers how to achieve these objectives and who becomes active in doing so. At the end of the experience you will have gained a key to understanding, and a pragmatic method to overcome any adversity, conflict and vulnerability, both of a personal and professional nature, in yourself and in relationships, at work and at home, for you and your loved ones. An integrated trampoline, like those at Alexanderplatz in Berlin.

With The Trampoline I’ll get you to thank your greatest vulnerability. It’s a good breakthrough to welcome, don’t you think? In your opinion, what does Maradona’s right foot, Bob Dylan’s raspy voice and Dick Fosbury’s abdomen have in common?
